Apart from the left-hand drive version of the car, it is known that Tata
plans to bring out CNG and diesel versions of the car to provide
customers with ample options. Interestingly, a couple of months back,
Nano diesel was spied while apparently being tested in Pune. It is
learnt that the diesel variant of the cheapest car in the world will
come with a mileage of about 35 kmpl. This will mean unmatched advantage
offered by the car at an affordable price.

2013 Chevrolet Spark
The 2013 Chevrolet Spark which goes on sale in August or September,
has reasonably comfortable space for four adults. The company plans to
launch pure electric version next year.
In A-segment mini, Chevrolet Spark is an atom bomb in a small pack. The car is surprisingly substandard in its driving dynamics.
The rear seat has cupholders and generous headroom and well defined legroom, with a necessarily short seat cushion. Air conditioning is standard across the Spark line, as are power windows all around.
The car is ultra airy yet powerful. Body roll is good, thanks to the space-creating height.

Maruti Suzuki hit by costly shutdown after factory riot in Manesar
Top Indian Carmaker Maruti Suzuki(MRTI.NS), a manager killed and 90 employees in jail after workers rioted at its second-largest factory, faces a lengthy shutdown that could cost it $15 million a day and disrupt supplies of its most popular hatchback, the Swift.
Police said they want to detain the entire workforce of 3,000 at the Manesar factory in Haryana, where workers rampaged on Wednesday after a disciplinary incident with a single employee. Scores were injured and a portion of the factory's vehicle assembly line was burned out.
The violence, just nine months after the end of strikes at the facility that cost more than $500 million in lost production, spooked investors worried that Maruti has failed to resolve labour tensions at the 550,000 vehicle per year plant.
